'Louise has been walking Ruby our lively 3 year old Boxer, on a regular basis for the past two years. She is very reliable and has never let us down, not only that, but she is very accommodating in helping out, often at short notice, by fitting in an extra walk when last minute problems crop up. She has a key to let herself in and out and has always left the house securely looked once she's finished. If she has any concerns about Ruby, she always makes a point of leaving me a note or phoning me to let me know. She obviously cares about her.

Ruby obviously loves walking with Louise. The bouncy, excitable reaction whenever she sees her says it all. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Louise as a fantastic person to walk your dog'.

'Lou Mulshaw has been caring for my animals in my absence for over a year now and I can highly recommend her pet care service. I have a very nervous rescue dog and Lou's empathy and genuine care have been very reassuring, so I know she is in good hands when I'm not there. My other dog has arthritis and again Lou has been very accommodating to her needs, especially with regards to her exercise requirements. I have high maintenance pets!

I also have cats, rabbits and guinea pigs-25 in total-who have also been cared for very well. Lou always follows the ever changing instructions for my pets which is very rare in a pet sitter I have found. I would be happy for anyone to call me if they need reassurance before booking Four Paws Pets'.

Louise was very confident with our dog Honey and handled her very well., Honey definitely enjoyed her visits. We originally asked someone to sit with her as we did not trust anyone to walk her but when Louise offered to give walking a go we were more than happy to take her up on the offer. Louise always left the house in good order after toweling Honey if she was wet, cleaning pet bowls and giving Honey fresh water. Louise was a very trustworthy person and we were happy for her to have a key, she never abused this and always locked up properly. She was flexible and a pleasure to have in our home. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to Louise when my hours changed but we would have her back in an instant'.
